Please join me in welcoming the new Bordure Herald into office.  Mistress 
Gunnvor silfraharr takes office effective immediately.

Also, please join me in thanking Baron Borek Vitalievich Volkov for his 
years of service to the College as Bordure and more (much more).  I 
understand that Baron Borek plans to take a break from offices in the 
college for a bit and I know that you will all join me in wishing him well 
in his future endeavors.
