Maria- That circlet looks much over 1/2" in width, and therefore is not allowed under the sumptuary laws. It certainly is a beautiful circlet, but unfortunately it's liable to be mistaken for a coronet of rank. That very same site has some thinner ones you might consider, if you'd like to wear a circlet.
