This is a (Lowland) Scots name. When does her persona live?

Cuninghame is a place in Ayr(shire) according to Black's Surnames of
Scotland, s.n. Cunningham, p.198. Close to the client's spelling is
<de Cuningham> 1246, 1403; Cunningghame 1556

Via Talan's article A List of Feminine Personal Names Found in
Scottish Records (Black's Surnames of Scotland) there is

Pre-1400
Catarine 1360 [s.n. HILL, p.358]

Post-1400 there is
       Kaithren 1623 [MACCOMBIE, 474] (a widow)

[Square brackets enclose the modern header name and page number]

There might be a problem with <given + locative + locative> formation.
