Not this year; however, I am pleased to know that there are such classes at Pennsic, and, when I do get there, I'll take off time from Heralds Point to teach a couple.

Greetings Heralds of the Known World! (Please feel free to distribute
  this as you see fit.)

This is a call for teachers at Herald's Point for Pennsic War 34. Do you
have a heraldic topic you can share with the populace?

Topics might include, but are not limited too: Conflict Checking
Bootcamp, Intro to SCA Standard Heraldic Sources, Grammar of Gaelic
Names, or any class involving Court, Field or Voice heraldry. Wreath and
Pelican will also be holding a Road Show, as yet to be scheduled.

Classes will be held at Herald's Point and run from middle Saturday
  (8/13) through last Friday (8/19), 9-11am.

Please email me at: odanjou at twcny.rr.com or call 315-426-8055 (leave a
message), before 9pm EST to schedule a class.
  Please include the following:
  1. Your SCA name.
  2. Arrival date.
  3. First choice preferred date/time.
  4. Second choice preferred date/time.
  5. Name and brief description of class.
  6. How many times you would like to teach the class or if it's a series
  of classes.

Classes received before April 30 will be listed in the Pennsic Book.

  In Service,
  Baroness Olivia d'Anjou
  Kingdom of Æthelmearc
