[ANSTHRLD] Lost Submissions

My client has been and now I am looking for a joint badge that appears to be
lost, and current status info on three submissions made last year.  I have
tried to contact the Star Herald but have received no response.

The Internal Letter of Intent for November 2004 listed Ricciardo de Nicolosi
and his device, Item #17 and Carlezza (which is incorrect...look at the
documentation and it is "Carletta" de Nicolosi) is Item #4.  Both Items
indicate there is a "shared badge" which was to be in the December 2004
ILOI, but was not.  The initial submissions were done July 2004 at Argent
Anniversary.

What I have been able to find out is that these documents were at one time
"lost" on top of a filing cabinet for a couple months and not found until
the herald changed.  Now it appears that they have once again fallen to the
wayside as the office is once again experiencing change.

Please find out what has happened and try to get these moved on (a decidedly
"fast track") since it has been more than a year in the process already.
