[ANSTHRLD] Decision Meeting this weekend

I will be conducting the Decision meeting for Emma at Steppes 12th Night.  I will not have the files with me, so if you really want to see a color version of the armory, then sit close to me or color one and bring it.  I will have one copy for show and tell.

Also, the site is opening at noon this year, and the schedule is very tight:  noon open, 2pm baronial court, 4:30 feast, 7pm royal court.  So, we will start our meeting as close to 1pm as we can.  I will find a site herald and have him/her annouce the location.  I hear that two of the vigils are inside, so space indoors will be at a premium.

I will check out all of the vigil buffets and make sure that we are close to the best food for the meeting.  For those of you who don't know, there are four elevations at the event.
