Known World Heralds and Scribes Symposium  2005
July 22-24th 2005
Feast seats are going fast and we have until 10:00am on tuesday to
get your choices for food to nurish your mibnd and body.  If you 
want eat on site but have not yet sent a check, please email the
autocrat at  kwhss at outlandsheralds.org.

  Meals are not yours til you pay for it, and we will
  be selling off any unpaid food reservations at troll.

     One and all are invited to join the great Baronies
  of Unser Hafen and Caer Galen, in the glorious Kingdom
  of the Outlands, for Known World Heralds and Scribes
  Symposium 2005.  In addition to some wonderful
  classes, we also have planned the Laurel Road Show, a
  feast and ball with live music, a field heraldry
  tourney, and even more activities.  The hotel will
  have lunch available both Saturday and Sunday, so that
  you do not have to spend a moment away from the
  activities.  The Da'ud Bob Roadshow will even be
  providing entertainment during lunch on Saturday.  The
  event will be held just 25 minutes north of Denver,
  Colorado, with easy access to many outside activities.

  Field Herald Tourney will be on sunday.  Heavy and light fighters
  find yourself a herald and join us in the park.  Directions wi;ll 
be available at the Gate.

   We will be holding a Scriptorium in the main hallway
  so bring those works of art that grace your walls and
  show them off.
  We also have added a best heraldic garment contest.
  Wear your arms on your arms.
  Bring your banners to grace the dinner and dancing
  hall

  has been updated with class information, the
  scrumptious menu choices for dinner and lunches,
  additional activities and a reservation page.  We are
  still looking for a few Scribal Teachers so if you are
  interested in teaching please contact Mistress

  The hotel has provided us with the great rate of
  79.00/night, for up to four people per room at no
  extra charge.  The hotel has sleep number beds in all
  of the rooms, as well as a partial suite and mini

  get these rates. You must reserve a room by June 23,
  to receive this great rate!
