First, is this a name she already submitted? This makes a difference on
where you look. The places that you looked are great if the name you are
looking for has been submitted sometime in the past. Also the Gazette
Archives and Laurel Letters of Acceptances and Returns help find a
submission that is in process. Also the Heraldic Submission Tracker on the
College of Heralds web site will help narrow down the month of each of the
above to look in.

For name research you can check the name articles on the Laurel website at
http://www.sca.org/heraldry/laurel/names.html. You must include the URL of
the article in the documentation of the form, but because the article is on
the Laurel website, you do not need to include a printed copy with the form.

You can also check the Medieval Name Archive at
http://www.s-gabriel.org/names/ has lots of articles on naming practices
that can be used as documentation. You must print the article and include a
copy with each copy of the form that you send in.

The other place to check is on this list because there are folks here who
have access to books that aren't online and may have documentation for the
name you are looking for. You may need to arrange to have photocopies made
and sent to you to include with the forms.
