The following is noted in the last Gazette but bears repeating here.

Currently, the office of Estencele Pursuivant (our web minister, maintainer 
of the web site, etc.) is open for applications.  During this application 
time, Lord Reis ap Tuder (formerly Chandranath Mitra) is acting as 
Estencele and handling issues that arise with the site.  He is the receiver 
of emails sent to "estencele at ansteorra.org".
