X.4.a.ii.a and X.4.a.ii.b are special cases within X.4 which do not deal
with CDs but with substantial difference (as in X.2).  Note the phrase
"completely different and do not conflict, irrespective of any other
similarities between them".  This is clear of the proposed armory by
X.4.a.ii.b.

I also found a couple of items that were clear by exactly two CDs, but no
potential conflicts.

Just to nitpick (I am a herald, after all), that should be "X.4.a.i".
