A common question I get, since I tend to do a fair amount of heraldic
graphics (not as much as Borek does, mind you!).

I believe Borek has a nice CD of stuff that he uses.  There is also
heraldicclipart.com, which is a pain to search through, but does have quite
a lot of stuff, and links to other sites as well.  None of that is
vectorized, unfortunately, meaning that you can only size it up so far
before it gets all pixely and jaggedy.

I personally use a bunch of clipart that Corel put in CorelDraw 7.0, and
quit carrying in the next version (ha ha ha.) As far as I can tell, an awful
lot of it is copies of Fox-Davies artwork, although of course the actual
vectorized version is Corel's (or whoever they licensed it from).
Non-commercial personal use, etc etc.
