Ok...I just did a quick check online and think this is clear, please let me know if I'm right and if not, why it isn't. Still trying to learn the interpretations of the rules. 

Per saltire sable and vert, 3 cresents within an annulet argent

I say quick search but there were more annulets registered than I had realized.

An additional check would be greatly appreciated for a badge;
