[ANSTHRLD] Some help please for a new Herald

It is good to see Rosenfeld active in heraldry.

First be sure the submitter has a name registered or sent in with the device.

This should blazon as: "Azure, a chevron between three mullets of four
points, one and two, and a tower Or."

It looks clear of conflict up through June of last year.

It is, however, visually similar but clear of:
Julia de Montoya July of 1996 (via Ansteorra):
Azure, two scarpes between three mullets of four points and a tower Or.

The client should at least be aware the similar armory but it isn't a
problem for registration.
