[ANSTHRLD] fourth try for a badge

So three attempts at a badge have failed...that's not yet enough to deter me from trying again.

I found a clip art picture of a mandrake at: http://www.heraldicclipart.com/catalog/mandrake.html
and am wondering if this is a valid image to use for a mandrake.  Would it be natural mandrake?

Also what other charges does a mandrake conflict against?  If the image I referenced first is a
valid depiction, would it conflict with the more mythical mandrake of the second reference?
