That would be per chief embattled sable and gules.  I'm not particularly 
sure that it's normally done.. because it would pretty much look like a 
chief embattled sable and heraldry is based on what is recognizable and two 
things not looking similar.. .  Field divisions per pale, per bend, 
etc,etc, look a little different when a field division rather than an 
ordinary.
