[ANSTHRLD] Device check

WARNING: the below is me getting practice at book heraldry. Listen to
what better people than I say. :)

Assuming you mean "Per fess vert and gules, a fleur-de-lis Or" this
fits the rules. (This is why Daniel says it's useful to describe in
plain English what you're thinking. The above is divided horizontally
with green on top and red on botton, and a gold fleur-de-lis over the
whole shmear.)

This counts as simple armory, so if the field is different or the
charge is different you're okay. Consequently I went straight to the
Fleur-de-lis (1) section of the Armory to have a look. I'm a little
fuzzy on the conflict rules (so this is me getting practice) so I made
sure to check fields Vert, Gules, and Per fess vert and gules. There
were none of the latter. For gules and vert, I saw no instances of
just a fleur-de-lis Or.

Is it just me, or is this clear?
