[ANSTHRLD] conflict check please

OK I've learned something new....so can I now have some help on the original
conflict check question please?
 *Per bend azure and gules, in sinister chief a cat sejant guardant Or*

So, far I've not found anything but I see on the list occasionally where
others find conflicts when someone else didn't see the similarity or
sameness of one blazon/device to another.
