There's really no such thing as Vert, per fess gules though. What you 
seem to be describing is
Per fess vert and gules, a fleur-de-lys Or.

Interestingly, there are only two registered devices with per fess field 
divisions and single fluers, and neither field is vert and gules, and 
neither fleur is Or.
Unfortunately, there is a conflict with
France
The following badge associated with this name was registered in December 
of 1994 (via Laurel):
