[ANSTHRLD] Open offices

Greetings to one and all!

This is a reminder that there are two kingdom deputy heraldic offices that
are open at this time, both accepting applications until September 30th.

Armillary - In short, this position is responsible for seeing that
consultation tables are held regularly (currently, at all Crown Tourneys and
Coronations). You don't necessarily need to run the table yourself, but must
make arrangements for it to be run by someone reasonably responsible. You're
responsible for the paperwork coming out of it. There is a library of books
that comes with this office, naturally.

Arbalest - This position is responsible for notifying submitters of the
registration or return of their submissions. Absolutely positively no
heraldic knowledge needed (although it would be nice), just organization! In
case of returns, you may need to help explain to the submitter the reason
for the return, and refer them to their local (or regional) herald to work
on a resubmission.

Both positions need to send applications (including copy of your membership
card and a photo ID of some flavor) to Star Principal Herald and Asterisk
Herald. Our contact information is in the Black Star.  Electronic
applications (including scans of card & ID) are perfectly acceptable, and
certainly faster.
