[ANSTHRLD] New Heralds and Crown Tournament this Weekend

It is my pleasure to announce, as one of my last announcements as Star,
two offices filled.  After consulting with Medb (new Star), please
welcome Meadhbh ingheanRoise back to an office as Nordsteorra Herald for
the northern region and welcome Reis ap Tuder (formerly Chandranath
Mitra) back to the role of web minister for the College of Heralds.

Meadhbh returns to us from a hiatus after serving as Arbalest.  Please
join me in thanking Hans Faust for his service as Nordsteorra.  In
addition to his administrative duties, his heraldry for children class
was quite popular and has left his mark in Ansteorra.

Reis returns to us with a new name from a hiatus after having served as
Zodiacus and Estencele before that.  So, the web minister role is
nothing new for him (in fact he was the acting web minister while the
position was open for applications). 

Crown Tourney is this weekend in the Barony of Wiesenfeuer.  Vocal
heralds are encouraged to attend and offer their support.  I spoke with
one of the event stewards and they have a local person designated to
coordinate field heraldry; but the offer of additional voices was well
received.  As additional incentive for relatively new vocal heralds,
this is one of the rare chances to herald in or see a March of
Precedence in Ansteorra.
