[ANSTHRLD] Heralds meet&greet

Oddly enough after reading the message and checking with the Springfaire autocrats about it, there will be a Heralds meet & greet at Springfaire for any who just happen to show up. More details will be posted to the event website as soon as I can get it written up and sent off.
