Well, they're considered "good" documentation in terms of what photocopies
are needed. Basically, if you can find it in any of the books listed in
Appendix H of the Admin Handbook, OR in any of the articles on sca.org, then
no photocopies are required.

You still have to do a good summary ("it's in Withycombe" isn't good enough,
since Withycombe lists post-period names, for example!). Dated examples are
much better. I recommend reading the September 2004 LoAR Cover Letter for
the section entitled "From Pelican: On Summarizing Name Documentation".
