The ROLL of Precedence use to come with an Order of Precedence,
abbreviations, lists of recipients in date order for each award, et
cetera.  It'd be really nice if the OP et cetera were distributed
again.

The number in front of certain lines means that it's a new level of
precedence and that the text after it describes the level.  E.g.,

    12 Ansteorran Grant Orders

means that the 12th level is various Ansteorran Grant Orders.

This is the OP from 2003, so it's somwhat out of date.  I think that
some of the abbreviations are incorrect, so I've put my own dim
memories in square brackets, like "[CIM]". -- DdL
