OK, I'll bite.  Thought I knew about most of the Kingdom-level Ansteorran 
awards, but I see some here about which I Have Not A Clue.

Would someone give a *brief* exposition about the following, please?:

> QRA* - Queen's Ring of Ansteorra (closed 7/20/2002)
> VINE - Vine Staff of Ansteorra (closed 7/20/2002)

(err, if I'm venturing into something still a sore point, I would gladly
