[ANSTHRLD] achievement registration forms

It shouldn't.  The achievement registration forms are only used within kingdom.  Presently, there is no graphical requirement for achievement registration.

I know we are getting new submission forms.  Will this effect the current
achievement forms or not?  Also, there are no emblazons needed with the
achievement forms...just the details on the form?
