[ANSTHRLD] bordure Question

This would be easier with a picture but hopefully this will work.

If the device has a bordure charged with stars it would be a bordure mulletty.  
If it has stars directly on the field next to the edge of the shield it
would be an orle of mullets.

If it were heralds instead of mullets it would be an orle of heralds. 
Truely a frightening thought to be surrounded by an orle of heralds.
