Greetings Dietrich!

KWHS is the Known World Herald and Scribal Symposium (SCA wide).  It 
is a convention for heralds and scribes where classes are given, you 
can see old friends, make new ones, and put faces to the signatures 
from the discussion groups.  Each year a different kingdom hosts the 
symposium. Thid year it is the newest kingdom, Gleann Abhann.

If you are in a position where you can attend, do!
