Really, it's not that big a deal for me to add email addresses to a group 
list. 

Mostly, though, I wonder *why* people want the ICC. If it is so that they 
can have a copy when they go to decision meetings, that's reasonable. They 
can read it beforehand. If it's to keep track of what's happening with the 
local submissions, again, that sounds reasonable but really you'ld be 
better served to get the AICC off the webpage. If it's to learn how to do 
commentary, again, fairly reasonable, either the ICC or AICC would work. 
Currently I think Sigillarius only posts the AICC - would it work better 
to post the ICC and then replace it with the AICC after decision meetings?

I understand totally. I've got a 6 and a 3 year old. 

As I've said before, Retiarius just needs good email access and the 
ability to collate several different documents into one document. I've had 
several nibbles about "wanting to serve - but unable to travel." A common 
complaint - and one I understand totally.
