The following device associated with this name was registered in February of 1996 (via Atlantia)
and changed/released in May of 1997 (via Atlantia): Per fess wavy ermine and azure, a sealion Or
maintaining a trident sable.

I count 1 CD for the field, but can't recall offhand if a maintained charge counts as a CD or if a
sustained charge counts as a CD (I don't have access to a RfS at the moment).
