I would say, no it is not normal. However, it does happen and we can only
strive toward a goal of zero lost or wandering submissions.
Yes, there is a tracking system and you can go there via herald's page on
ansteorra.org. There are a few things that you and I need to sit and talk
about. I recieved your application to become the herald for the Canton of
