[ANSTHRLD] New forms

[Star - Ansteorra]

I have received the new forms from Laurel.  They are now being
customized for our use in Ansteorra.

As soon as this is done and they are approved, then we can start using them.

Laurel will set a hard and fast deadline for the transition.

Please do not make more copies than you absolutely need to make for
the coming weeks of the old forms.  Lets use up what we have.  If
anyone needs forms, please let me know, as I have some extra.

I anticipate that we will be using the new forms by no later than August.

One huge word of warning:  I am willing to send these forms out so
that heralds can type in the information electronically.  However, if
you change the forms (size of emblazon) or any other part of them, the
items will be returned to you. Laurel has made it clear that we cannot
make changes to these once we get them customized for our kingdom.

We will not send up anything from this kingdom that is on a non-standard form.
