[ANSTHRLD] 'Tis the season

Apparently, 'tis the season to do some heraldic catch-up.  The on-line
Ordinary and Armorial has been updated through all of 2005.

For on-line searches, oanda.sca.org has been updated, but farreaches
has not -- I've not checked the rest.

The raw Armorial file can be downloaded via
<http://www.sca.org/heraldry/OandA/index.html>:

    You can download the entire database, containing items registered
    through December 2005, as _plain text_ (9 megabytes) or _gzipped_
    (2.3 megabytes) or _bzipped_ (1.5 megabytes) and the _category
    file_.

I do NOT recommend using that file to conflict-check (except in
limited cases), but it's convenient when you need the exact spelling
of someone's name, the exact blazon of their armory, or other
submission history.
