Does she have an interest in a particular time period?  If not, I can see a 
name like <de Barrington> becoming <Barrington> in the 16th C.  If the 16th C 
would work for her, the place to check first would be Hitching and Hitching.  
I have that at home and can check later tonight if no one else grabs it 
first.  

(I'm assuming her culture/language is English based on the docs you posted.)
