[ANSTHRLD] second attempt at orle

Thanks for the clip art link but I have most of those already.  My issue is,
things like the orle on that page don't look right with the shape of the
shield on the submissions form.  I suppose I"m too picky...and too kind
considering I do most of the art work/drawing for most of the people
registering their devices.  But I love it...

Anyway, here is my second attempt at an orle with this bear...which happens
to be for my husband so it is pretty important to me.  Thanks for the
heraldry lesson Daniel.
