Are any of these books in The List of Appendix H?

This really doesn't surprise me.  Most of the books we use are old 
/out-of-print.  The knowledge of bookbinding or repair would be 
extremely useful in keeping the CoH's books in good condition.

Yes, but not the ones that are also found at sca.org.
