Greetings....

December is almost upon us and with that comes the End of the Financial Year.

In order to be sure that all IN and/or OUT of Kingdom Transfers are
recorded on time.  Please DO NOT write any check to SCA Inc. (insert
group name) after December 7th.  These checks should be recieved AND
deposited by the recieving group no later than December 15th.

This includes checks for NMS, ACCEPS fees, CoH, Kingdom, The Black
Star and/or corporate (Equestrian Insurance).

If you feel you need to write these type of checks after this time,
please contact me FIRST.

And before anyone asks, yes this means that you need to have your
February Blackstar AD checks in before December 7th.
