[ANSTHRLD] A Bardic Thistle?

I missed both courts, so I don't know if one was given at Bordermarch, but there have been numerous Sable Thistles given for various bardic arts in the past.  You can look in the OP to find out what bardic thistles have been given before.

Did anyone hear that a Sable Thistle was awarded to a bard at Bordermarch for Bardic?  This is the first I have heard of one for Barding so I am curious if it actually happened and (if so) who it was that received one.
