[ANSTHRLD] New Forms online

Hi there everybody!

The new name and armory submissions forms are online and ready for use.

Please note the following:

NO CHANGES TO THESE FORMS, AT ALL.

The new forms have the shield shapes for drawing in a very specific
place and in a very specific size on the form.  If that is changed or
altered, then Laurel will return the forms to us as admin returns to
be fixed.

To prevent that from happening, Asterisk will return them first.

There has not been a final date announced for when Laurel will take
the last of the old forms, so please feel free to use them up before
making copies of the new ones.

I will let you know as soon as I do about when the transition period will end.
