I'm not entirely sure how to CD-count that, but perhaps I need to
think about it more.

It's faster and less ambiguous to note that each device has "has no
more than two types of charge directly on the field and has no overall
charges", and "the type of every primary charge is substantially
changed" (unicorn -> flower), which are the two preconditiions to call
them immediately clear by RfS X.2, therefore bypassing RfS X.4
(CD-counting) entirely.
