Mari,

I thought the older ones were transferred.  Obviously, that was incorrect.

Since the titles are shown as belonging to Ansteorra, transferring them required the Crown's signature on the transfer documents I handled.  Cross Flury was handled by Rosalia.  I got signatures from the Crown for Blanc Gryffon (which needs to be added to the list), Argent Panthere, and Gullinkambi.  I had Crown agreement on the transfer for Estencele' before I announced that transfer to Francois and the heralds at AH&SS in 2005.

Tostig or any of the later Star Principal Heralds on the list,

I seem to remember that at one point titles were registered by kingdom but could not be transferred (or at least not easily) for personal use by kingdoms, only assigned.  Do any of you remember some administrative change in the last decade that made personal titles easier to transfer by kingdoms?

Speaking of personal titles...  Mari, did you ever finish your research and come up with one that you wanted to register since the Laurel office accorded you the right?

If Dobharchú Herald was supposed to be transferred to Aodhan, it has not been.

Let me check the personal titles in the O&A...

So, it looks like the older titles never got transferred.  If someone decides 
to do the housecleaning and get them transferred, they need to look at 
whether the designators for Estencelé and Barding need to get regularized to 
Herald at that time.

At least some of the people associated with these titles are currently active 
and are easily accessible (Clare comes to mind...).
