The Ansteorran widget is not reserved to Ansteorra, and putting it on
a bend or chevron is not the appearance of independent display of
armory, which does get a conflict check (like putting it on an
escutcheon or canton can cause).  Putting an Ansteorran widget on it
would not affect registerability at all.
