[ANSTHRLD] Question for new Herald - Name Release

Actually, as things go, this action is not that hard.  At this point, she 
needs to send an email to Laurel & Pelican as soon as possible (today would 
be good...)

She should send it to Laurel (herald at sca.org) & Pelican (pelican-
herald at sca.org) and cc: Asterisk (whose email may be asterisk at ansteorra.org 
but I'm not sure).

Here's an example of the email she can send (which can be rewritten to her 
taste, of course).  Hopefully this example will make it easier to get the 
withdrawl request out.

Greetings!

My name, Constance Elizabeth Campbell, was submitted on the Ansteorra 
September 2006 Letter of Intent, which was scheduled to be ruled on in 
January of 2007.

I have decided that I want to withdraw that name submission.  Is there still 
time to do that?  (It was suggested that I ask you since our kingdom heralds 
have not seen that LoAR yet - so there may or may not still be time.)

If it is possible to withdraw this name submission, will this email message 
suffice?  If not, what else should I provide.

Based on the response from Laurel and/or Pelican, her next name submission 
will either be a resubmission (if the withdrawl works) or a name change (if 
the request to withdraw the name is too late).

If the withdrawl goes through, we can find out from Laurel / Pelican if the 
withdrawl needs to go on an LoI or not.  (Since that LoI would reasonably go 
out after the Jan 2007 LoAR is published, a withdrawl action may mess up 
OSCAR, I don't know...)
