[ANSTHRLD] Minor changes to CoH site

I have been making some minor style sheet changes to the site (as well as adding some links, etc).  I have tried to make sure they are compatible across browsers, but I do not have access to all the different browsers that might be using.  

Due to this I would ask that if you have some spare time please glance over the pages on the College of Heralds site ( http://heraldry.ansteorra.org ) and let me know of any problems you may encounter.  Also if you see any information that is out of date or just plain wrong, then please pass that along as well.
