[ANSTHRLD] Question regarding Guild Devices

Just as long as we're not talking about putting the old
(pre-internet) Gazettes and/or *Internal* LoC's online.  Those were
not written for public consumption, and I know that a number of us
old heralds do not want that dirty linen aired in public.
