[ANSTHRLD] Help please: "summary" in the Name Documentation area

Question please.... 

What EXACTLY do they mean when they say they need a "summary" in the Name Documentation area. I attached the documentation and highlighted where the info was and wrote "Documentation attached" but that did not fly. I just want to make sure I don't waste the Heralds time and postage again. 

So if I write pretty much what I highlighted and where I retrieved the info from should that work?
