The SCA term is "s'elongeant", which is French for "declared
unregisterable for lack of significant SCA history of registration,
'blurs the distinction between passant/statant and couchant, two
posture categories between which we give a CD', and I presume
non-period style (April 2004 LoAR, Miriel Gard of Yale, Caid returns,
http://sca.org/heraldry/loar/2004/04/04-04lar.html)".
