Bryn Gwlad 1987.  Allisandre baked cookies.
Adlersruhe (or thereabouts) 1988.  Combined with an Academy of the Rapier.
Shadowlands 1990 or so.

But I don't think the scribes were involved yet.  I think they were just 
heraldic symposia.
