[ANSTHRLD] past AHSS

Westgate hosted AHSS in 1999; then in 2000, Westgate hosted KWHS. 
   
  The Laurel Queen at the time would not permit us to call it KWHSS (Knowne World Heraldic and 'Scribal' Symposium) for whatever reason, even though scribes had been at the event for a number of years - I should have just done it and not asked!  I kept telling 'them' that if they intended to have scribes teach and attend, they needed to include 'Scribes' in the title, as many scribes didn't realize the event included them.  In 2001 in the Mid-Realm, it was still KWHS, but in 2002, in Trimaris, the Principal Herald was running the event, and he made it KWHSS, and it's been that way ever since.  
   
  It's likely that Ansteorra did not host a separate AHSS in 2000, in deference to the KWHS held in it's own kingdom, as many local teachers were participating anyway.
