[ANSTHRLD] September Decision meeting

The TBA is probably going to be "Emma's House, when she gets a spare
minute". I unfortunately did NOT get anything arranged for Gothic War, my
original intent. There is still a small possibility it may crop up at
Laurel's Prize, but given that my own group's main event is the following
weekend... 

(Part of me wonders about trying a decision meeting in a giant XMPP or AIM
chat room one day..)
