[ANSTHRLD] open position

Greetings unto the CoH,

I have had unfortunate news from my deputy, Arbalest Pursuivant.  Due to
some life issues she is not able to fulfill her obligations to this office.
Therefore, I am officially opening this office for applications.  I have
sent this announcement to the Kingdom Chronicler and it will appear in the
January Black Star.  I will take applications through the end of January in
order to allow anyone not on this list to have the opportunity to apply
AFTER they have received their January Black Star.  An announcement will
also appear in the  December AG...as soon as I get it published.

The requirements/duties for this office:



  Arbalest Herald oversees the notification for both Acceptances and Returns
and follow-up consulting for items returned to the submitter for more work.
Arbalest will act as a central point of contact and dispatch agent for
consulting if the client requests additional help. Arbalest can call upon
the Regional Heralds for a listing of Pursuivant Extrodinaires and
Heralds/Pursuivants at Large for the performance of his office.
More details can be found in the Administrative Handbook for the Ansteorran
College of Heralds on page 16.

Anyone interested in applying should send a completed application and a copy
of their current membership card to obelisk at ansteorra.org and send a Cc to
star at ansteorra.org as well.
